Education: Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Wildlife Biology from the University of California, Davis (Honors Recognition). Masters Degree in Medical Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (Honors Recognition)

Greetings! My name is Tristan. I am a recent Masters graduate from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a nationally certified physician assistant. I worked as an emergency medical technician and trauma technician for three years prior to my graduate education. Prior to my medical ventures, I spent approximately 1 year in Thailand instructing English grammar, composition, literature, and conversation courses to 7th through 12th grade students; assisting students with research projects, essay organization, and presentation delivery. I consulted with students and parents to address relevant concerns and elevate student development. During graduate school I tutored fellow students on a variety of medical subjects including: pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, and cardiology.  I take pride in watching my students expand both their knowledge and their confidence. I am happy to spend as much time as necessary on any subject to ensure concepts are grasped effectively to the point that a student can become a teacher.
